VCSG Government Medical College, Srinagar, officially known as Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Medical Science & Research Institute, is one of the premier government medical colleges in Uttarakhand, established in 2008. Located in the serene Himalayan ranges of Pauri Garhwal district, the college is affiliated with Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University, Dehradun and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

The institute provides 150 MBBS seats annually through NEET UG, along with MD/MS and NBEMS diploma programs in various specialties.
