The Nagaland Institute of Medical Sciences & Research (NIMSR), also known as Kohima Medical College, is the first and only government medical college in the state of Nagaland, India. Established in 2023, NIMSR marks a historic advancement in Nagaland’s healthcare and education sectors, addressing the long-standing need for in-state medical education.
NIMSR was officially established in 2023, with the aim of providing medical education, clinical training, and healthcare research within Nagaland.
