Kiran Medical College, located at Vadod, Surat, is a newly established medical institution under the Samast Patidar Arogya Trust. The foundation stone was laid on 27th March 2022 by Hon. Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Smt. Anandiben Patel.
The college is attached to the state-of-the-art Kiran Hospital, a 900-bedded super-specialty hospital inaugurated in 2017 by Hon. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Out of these, 605 beds are designated as teaching beds for medical education.
The college is expected to start with an annual intake of 150 MBBS students, providing world-class education and healthcare facilities in South Gujarat.
