Government Medical College, Haridwar is one of the four new medical colleges established in Uttarakhand under the Centrally Sponsored Scheme, with the aim of improving tertiary-level healthcare in the region. Located in the holy city of Haridwar, famously known as the “Gateway of God,” the college combines modern medical education with the serene backdrop of the river Ganga.
